It was a thrilling, fascinating and incredible moment when
music loving Funs throng the premises of Fiila Fm and dance to music brew from
the Northern part of the country and beyond over the weekend at Fiila Fm Salah
Street Dance.
Thousands of people both aged and the youth in the Metropolis
trooped in to witness the first ever Street Dance organized in the region.
Local artists such as Deensi, Ababa, KKC, Kawastone, Fancy
Gadam, Jamal Bamba from BFG fame, S.K.Y, Choggu Boyz, Destro, among others annihilated
the crowd with all genres of music across the device.
Some Funs however described the first ever Street Dance in
the region as an entertainment tsunami in the history of entertainment in the
Northern Region.
Apart from the fun, music and dance, the biggest common
denominator at the Saturday night’s Fiila Fm Salah Street Dance was a called
for peace, unity and tolerance by management of Acapela Media Company Ltd
Operators of Fiila Fm 89.3 MHZ.
The Managing Director of Fiila Fm, Akosua Kwartemaa Boakye
appealed to Ghanaians to endevour to respect the verdict the Supreme Court.
Madam Akosua said
the only way Ghana could go was to seek the wisdom of the Supreme Court in
circumstances of this nature to avert any mayhem in the country. She therefore
pledged that as a member of the Ghana Independent Broadcasters Association
(GIBA) her medium will abide by its Code of Ethics. She therefore promised to
spread the gospel of peace across all devices.
